SVA Masters in Branding 2020 Thesis Presentation



The Class of 2020 has spent the past several months collaborating remotely to investigate the thesis topic: The Futures of Nearness through the lens of Food Supply, Workplace, Media and Entertainment, Intimacy, and Retail. According to philosopher Martin Heidegger, nearness is linked to activities, moments, and movements bringing distant elements together into a meaningful whole. The Class of 2020 has sought to reimagine a future where connection to each other and the world continues to fuel our humanity.
